The positive energy and overall family / friend atmosphere at this company is something that helps drive everyone to helping one another to achieving everything and anything possible. If you can't keep up with a fast pace work environment, that is constantly changing to accommodate new work styles and work loads, this job might not be the best fit for you. This definitely is not a settle-in-and-get-cozy kind of job, you have to keep on your toes and constantly push yourself to do better everyday when you come in and keep going until you leave.
