People are put into roles they are not experienced enough to do. Even those who have said they have 'novice' skills are put onto projects where they are meant to be an expert. A lot of people who have been promoted by saying the right thing, but having no real substance behind them as to maturity and experience within what they are doing. The feedback culture is used in a bullying way rather than being constructive and helpful. It's an excuse by some to tell people they are doing things wrong, and disempower people in their area of expertise. Respect for expertise is not shown which negates the point of having a multi-disaplinery team. I am so disappointed. There are some good people working hard, but the culture being aimed for falls short of reality.
