Pros
I had this job right out of college and it was good for that. I learned a little bit about how to work in the real world, how to deal with difficult coworkers, how to manage my projects.
Cons
The first year was great but the longer I worked there the more I learned about the drama; how the managers played favorites; the fact that creativity isn't as valued as they say it is. Whenever someone in your department quits, don't expect them to hire someone to cover their work load, expect to be splitting their workload with the rest of your team. Soon you'll be down to 2 people in you team and each of you is doing the work of 3 people and you're still expected to get it done within your 40 hours each week. If you're not a suck up employee then don't expect to get recognition or be able to work on projects that you want to work on. Don't expect to get much in the line of raises, no matter how hard you work, or be able to move up in the company. Madden is very good at paying the bare minimum while asking the world and then some of it's employees.
