      Lots to learn in a SI company. You got to learn many different types of security devices from a wide range of customer bases. People are in general good. Bosses are usually nice to work with, except for some

      Cons

      After the acquisition by HGC, HGC doesn't seem to understand the Macroview/SI culture and way of doing things too well. Resources have been cut into half.

      Many Business opportunities Direct Superior is very nice and supportive Probably will not collapse

      Compensation Package is lower than average Complicated and Tedious working procedures Cannot retain skilful and heartfelt staff for both technical and sales positions Many teams and departments but you never know what values they are
