Zero Pros. Straight up manipulation to get you to the jobs and then want you to work 11-12 days in a row and not pay you for any overtime.
Cons
Company is manipulative.
Company will work you as soon as you get off the plane.
Company says they will work 40-50 hours a week then want you to work 10-12 hours a day for 12 days in a row.
They pay other workers double the amount for fixture bonuses that you never get anyways.
