Pros
When a employee is less expensive to company its good for him because he/she will get hired nothing else.
Cons
Once you are little expensive, Macrew can't afford you. Macrew hire persons as junior but expect them to work as leader to handle multiple project. But for appraisal they have statement there is no such rules from company side to give appraisal as mandatory. Mostly who are relative or reference of relative, they are safe to work as long as they can, rest no job security. Company is just having plan to bring more money for their managerial level employees rest they spoil the fresher by hiring at a below average salary and force them to work as 2 year experience. For monthly party they do contribution from us, like 50 rs and 100 rs and consider it as company's monthly celebration. Macrew is just one of such kind of companies who can't provide good career and growth its just management's monetary growth they have. They have good rating over google cz nobody want but as they are paying salary they asked people to do that. But i don't consider it ethical way to do work. They expect employees to follow the procedure for everything but they have fired so many people on a single day due to lack of managerial and skilled people to evaluate the performance of employees. I really don't recommend.
