      They do listen when it comes to benefits and hours. They've restructured pay so that it's far more even from salary band to salary band.

      Cons

      Sometimes they fail to read the room in terms of employee needs and questions.

      Great time off, including wellness days, personal and volunteer time. Employee Resource Groups, development training programs. Good people.

      A lower salary than others in the industry.

      Pros

      A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

      Cons

      Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
