Pros
The people on phones are great,and most managers on collection floor are fine.Dragged down by one or two bad apples.Uncapped bonus.
Cons
Lack of Direction is a big problem.One week we're told to do one thing ,following week the next.There is poor organisation between departments, and people's bonus is affected as a result. Very negative environment, people are constantly told what they do wrong,and no positive enforcement.Collect cash ,free to misbehave at will.Dont collect cash,everything is scrutinized. Very little ongoing training. Basic wage just above minimum wage.
