Small, minimal referrals, training could be more in-depth, not as well known, growth potential

Nice people and they used to have in-person meetings before COVID.

Have to bring in your own deals; no real training or chances to join in on deals or rentals to get experience. It's best for people who already have experience, or else you will get lost in the crowd.
