I had worked here a few years ago and still remember how fantastic this group was. Konvalia is one the best hardest working CEO’s, who not only helps employees hands on to further their success but always rewards them. Lea is also a wonderful sales trainer who takes her time to teach you ins and out of all the clients and expectations. Work hard play hard environment!

None other than not having dogs in office

This is the most toxic work environment I've ever experienced, I was interviewed 5+ times and they seemed excited to have me work there. From day one I felt unwelcome. The office vibe is cold and weird. They are extremely cheap and don't value employees. I was fully transparent that I did not have experience with certain aspects of the job. They sold it as a learning experience but offered no training once I accepted the job. They were not open to questions and if I "bothered" them with them they made sure to mention it at the end of the day. On my first day they gave me a task I had no experience with, left me alone, shut their office door saying they had calls, then came to me to ask how it was going an hour later. When I told them what I had accomplished they commented, "that's a red flag you will need to get faster at that". I have years of professional experience and have exceeded at every job, this company is TOXIC run.
