      Pros

      Pay is okay for this kind of role but that's about it.

      Cons

      Your basically a call centre cold calling businesses to by advertisment for a year. Your basically begging them to take it and if they don't you have to retry later on in the year. All you ever do is dial dial dial! Selling a dead end product. They don't give you proper training when your remote and leave you to it.

      Pros

      Simple structure job if comfortable with cold call sales; Internal process is clear since acquired by LSI; Different region teams varied

      Cons

      Poor leadership, the executive team was not willing to listen to feedback, only feedback on matters that affected sales and revenue, no feedback on poor leadership/cultural stuff, frequent hire and fire sales, almost all will leave in several months even strong sales personnel quit soon
