From the outside, this place looks polished—great culture, clear values, strong leadership. But once you're in, it’s all misdirection. Vague emails and buzzwords pass for “transparency,” and decisions are made in a vacuum, then dumped on employees like an afterthought.
The culture is completely performative. Real problems are ignored, workloads keep piling up, and any feedback that isn’t glowing gets you labeled “difficult.” Promotions go to favorites, not performers. Raises are minimal, bonuses have been cut, and any recognition feels like a box to check, not something earned.
Ops managers brush off valid concerns as “negativity” rather than take responsibility for the dysfunction they help create. Leadership cares more about their image than the people keeping things running. Restructuring happens constantly, but nothing actually improves—just more chaos and fewer answers.
Unless you're desperate, keep looking. This place will drain you, devalue you, and then pretend it's your fault.
