Significant issues with internal politics and favoritism. The Indian CTO appointed relatives to key positions, but their actions appeared to focus more on personal gain rather than contributing to the company's growth. The CTO presents himself as highly knowledgeable but often lacks depth in his expertise. His strategies mainly involved persuading investors and employees with impractical ideas. Eventually, these actions were uncovered by the US investors. Unfortunately, a few hardworking employees have lost their jobs unexpectedly due to the shortcomings and bad deeds of the management and the CTO.

1. On-time salary, 30-50% more than market rate 2. Excellent talented team although young -lots to learn from colleagues 3. Good and experienced mentors from US-opportunity to learn from top Global architects. CTO of Microsoft Global start-up is also a technical mentor to the company. Lots of IIT and US professors are also mentors. 4. Exciting product and technology- latest of the line 5. Dynamic management- everyone is thinking of innovation 6. They work on products like Bridge collapse monitoring, Fire safety, Covid-19 mitigation technologies..all patented new work. Very exciting. At least I do not know of any other Kolkata company that works on this kind of latest IoT technology and has a huge global market reach.

1. The workload is high-but OK for those who love to learn new technologies. People who can't work hard, are not recommended in Machinesense. 2. Don't expect work-life balance in Machinesense. From the owner to managers-everyone works 7 days a week and they can conduct meeting anytime. But because of this Machinesense products are released in rapid record time.
