Pros
Firstly the people have been great. My team are all extremely good at their jobs and are happy to help me with any queries I have regarding the work I am asked to do. There's a lot to learn and whether you're someone that enjoys being thrown in at the deep end or prefers a little more help, your team will cater to that. If you want more work or more responsibility and you demonstrate the ability to carry it out, then you will be given the extra responsibility - so in that sense its great. Salary wise it is competitive and is good for a graduate coming straight out of University. Lots of things to get involved in outside of your office, be it socials, site walks etc. Overall it's a serious but fun place to work with seemingly great career opportunities.
Cons
For new starters (graduates especially) - Not enough technical training sessions that hone in on specific tasks which are vital to our roles. It's very much left to our LM to have to teach us, which is absolutely understandable, but I feel there is definitely room for the implementation of role specific training sessions which would help everyone.
