I started as a community editor/publisher about 9 months ago and I continue to be blown away by the support provided by Macaroni Kid. The step-by-step guide to follow when you're new is perfect. The monthly updates are extremely helpful and well thought out. The knowledge to keep us from inadvertently infringing on copyrights (and the polite way with which that knowledge is imparted) is fantastic. I also own a franchise for which I pay the national office 11% of my revenues and I get more support from Macaroni Kid than I do the franchisor.
