      Pros

      -The work is challenging -Everyday is different -Access to the latest technology from Apple -iPhone and MacBook supplied -You are allowed to come up with your own strategies to a customers problems -Easy going management -Great coworkers -You get to prove to Windows administrators that a Mac is not a toy -Management will back you up in customer complaints

      Cons

      -It's a onsite job so the driving can be tough so make sure you have a solid car -The shirt and tie can be cumbersome -The pay can be a little tough to live on in the DC Metro area

      Boss works as hard as the employees—you almost never see that anymore.

      It is a store so we all need to work at that location.
