Pros
The people making up the factory, corporate and office work force are good people who strive to do good work in spite of incompetent leadership.
Cons
Leadership in the company is non-existent. The workforce is abused and bullied. Those with other opportunities have left, with only the bruised and battered remaining. Management cannot be trusted and have perfected the art of betrayal. Infighting and backstabbing is the norm to climb the ladder. No real substance left in leadership.
