Very busy environment - IT Network Analyst MacLean Electrical Group Employee Review

It's a job, pays the bills. Work life balance is ok.

The majority of the IT dept have left in the past two years. No training, Promotions without payrises, just more work. There is a technical leadership vaccum where IT planning and budgets are determined by accounts and sales leadership with predictable results. You are treated as a number by corporate (see DistributionNOW reviews) and I've witnessed some very questionable HR and management practices over the last few years. Poor office atmosphere and morale. One to avoid unless you really need any job.

Wages always paid in time. Quarterly bonus. Ok work/life balance.
