It feels good knowing that your work makes a tangible positive impact. - Incredible Team: MaCher is made up of brilliant, talented, and creative individuals. There is never a lack of inspiration working alongside this bunch. The team always encourages idea sharing, open dialogue, and honest feedback. - Culture: The company is located on Abbot Kinney and has a laid back Venice vibe. Although we work hard, it's a genuinely fun and welcoming place to work. - JEDI: As I was leaving they were just starting to form an employee-led Justice Equity Diversity and Inclusion team. It was very exciting to see the entire MaCher team embrace this journey and commit to using the business to make meaningful long-term change. -Benefits: Amazing benefits package and ample vacation time. In short, MaCher is the best employment experience I've ever had. I loved working with a clear purpose among other passionate team members. The leadership team was incredibly supportive, and with transparent company goals, everyone is equally invested in one another's success. Even upon leaving to start my own venture, everyone offered to support in any way possible. MaCher is a special place that is not easy to leave (which is evident in their very long tenures.) I definitely recommend if you're looking for a place you can grow with and further hone your skills while making a positive impact.
