Lots of layoffs and end of trial period lately (>10% of payroll) without work-based reasons - notice periods have not always been respected - zero communication from management/HR Bad atmosphere for the last few months - top management uses fear to "motivate" people No prospects for growth in this company - lack of training and consideration.
