      - Great technical knowledge - Working environment is great - Challenging and Engaging work every day

      Pros

      Reasonable company, average salary and some very passionate and good staff.

      Cons

      I was very surprised by the director's attitude toward client bullying of MWH Staff. There was also a very high turnover of direct staff due to the above bullying and some unprofessional antics of senior management.
