      No one talks Constant pressure to be in the office when no one is there or makes an effort to speak. You could die at your computer and no one would notice Bad at communication Only care about mental health surrounding being in the office

      Pros

      Reasonable company, average salary and some very passionate and good staff.

      Cons

      I was very surprised by the director's attitude toward client bullying of MWH Staff. There was also a very high turnover of direct staff due to the above bullying and some unprofessional antics of senior management.
