Pros

Some people are friendly and willing to create an amicable atmosphere You learn process and concept design If you are in the right studio under a good directors, you can grow and develop. Slow, but grow.

Cons

The work environment is toxic. Competitive Lack of soft skills in seniors, especially in directors Discrimination against women and non European staff, with comment “hidden” under jokes of cultures and genders. Salaries are lower than average and they will always offer you a low salary when joining the company. HR staff is inexperienced and pretend they “care”, they don’t, they are business people with no empathy. The main founder parter is rude, treats people badly and has preference to deal with white male than other project leaders. He is the first in discriminating in the work environment. There is no code of conduct. Big egos and large insecurities full of narcissist are leader and directors. As a commercial company they aim is to have profit more than everything. The sustainability they claim the do is amateur, once the execution starts everything that has been discussed and proposed for sustainability strategies are practically forgotten.
