good people, plenty of autonomy

doesn't seem like industry demand matches expectations

Remote work, unlimited PTO, nice staff for the most part

There was some weird stuff going on in the culture at MVP. Lots of talk about progress and big opportunities but then continually lose deals and complain about lack of money coming in to the company. There’s a mentality that they’re the best in the business but the numbers don’t add up. Really gossipy towards competitors and deflect their losses on to that. They reduce salaries and lay people off frequently. Poor maternity leave and no 401k match.
