Pros

Easy hiring process, You are pretty much guaranteed a job if you apply and have a drivers license.

Cons

Very High turnaround rate, Managerial Staff treat others poorly, Force drivers to sign meal waivers, Benefits package cost equals a whole paycheck, Long hours and no appreciation, low morale, Little to no training for office employees, Inadequate mechanical equipment leaking freon into air, Procedures change on a monthly basis, Bus routes do not have enough time for a bathroom break, much less a meal break, Lack of professionalism in all aspects.

MV has the best transit professionals in the Country. The company truly cares about the employees. Safety is their highest priority. Very competitive compensation packages.
