Really great environment if the training was better

The training was horrible when there's feedback needed. When a Trainee learns differently than all of the various impatient trainers. Of course everyone has their own shortcuts/techniques, but there needs to be classroom training and then on the floor shadowing. Not putting trainees all over with everyone & confusing trainees with methods, apporaches, procedures to complete tasks. And also the trainer should be accountable for errors also that was taught to the trainee because the notes of the procedures step-by-step from the trainer would show where the error came from originally & them everyone could learn from this error and this mistake wouldn't continue to happen. And less of the same errors would happen for the entire team. I hope someone takes notes from these suggestions. I tried while I was there, but no one was interest in my innovative ideas. Everyone wanted to play the blame game, and not be accountable for anything. And making it seem like no one could understand simple procedures. And these were a bunch of the reasons why this site couldn't retain new workers due to this set up for failure. There was never a set up for success. Please contact me if you are looking to start a winning team. I have some great suggestions. Hopefully, there's a better team now.

MV has the best transit professionals in the Country. The company truly cares about the employees. Safety is their highest priority. Very competitive compensation packages.
