      slightly higher than average compensation package and in stressful workplace which enables us to persue work life balance. Rock-solid financial position wich give us comfort

      Typical old Japanese corporate culture. Homogenic, domestic, conservative and less innovative.

      The people I work with are nice and were helpful with me getting started. The compensation is above average for the work I was doing.
