Pros
Large multinational company with global presence. Lot of opportunities to learn and meet different people from around the world. Good people are really trying to do their best work and I have enjoyed my time working with these kind of people (not all of the people are hardworking, some just want to get the work done and go home).
Cons
Transitioning at present with high turnover of staff all around, bad management on higher levels and obviously bad decision making. The worst systems I’ve ever seen with progress going in the wrong direction. Absolute lack of training and very strict if a mistake is made blaming the employee and not the insufficient training provided. Very much focused on cost cutting being the reason for people leaving as they are underpaid. Not recognizing people who work hard and employee retention strategy just started developing. Avoid if you can at lest for the next few years. At present jobs are well underpaid for what is expected of you.
