Pros
Been with the company over 8 years. Had the best work environment until 2 years back. Learnt a lot from the very smart and intelligent guys around.
Cons
The good days are in the past. Too many org structure changes, out-sourcing is the way the management has decided to move forward. Older employees let go. Right now not a great environment.
