Pros
Overall, great company. They do a lot to bring employees together (events, picnics, parties) even though most employees are supporting different contracts. 401k match is good, ESOP is great, and PTO/Parental Leave is good/growing.
Cons
Employment is dependent on the contract you are supporting. MTSI will attempt to find you a position if your contract ends for a certain amount of time.
