11yI apologize for the delayed response, but thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I'm certainly sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at MTSI and that your experience doesn't seem to match our core values, especially that employees come first, and of open, honest, and respectful communication. We try very hard to live up to our core values every day and make MTSI a great place to work for all of our employee-owners.
Most feedback we receive is very positive, so it is especially concerning to learn of your negative experience. I certainly hope that you were able to discuss these issues with your HR lead or other management in Huntsville, or anonymously through headquarters in VA before you left so that your concerns could be investigated and addressed. If not, I'd be glad to speak with you in confidence so that we can look into your concerns.
