Pros
A lot of the staff are very helpful, easy to work with. Was a nice place to work at first but since Ricoh came into the picture its all been downhill for the regular worker.
Cons
No support in my role, manager not interested in supporting the team. No feedback, Never had a 1 to 1. Senior Management don't seem to care about those lower down the ladder. Raise concerns/issues to HR and nothing done about anything. Everyone in my team left within 3 months due to the lack of support and help from Management.
