      1. Good facilities 2. Training for individual employee 3. Regular practices on problem solving tool (8D & DRVME etc.) 4. Good work culture - Team work 5. Women empowerment

      Cons

      1. No parking for vehicles (specially for down levels) 2. 5's 3. Operator attrition ratio is high 4. No time management 5. No target oriented work
