Pros
-It's great to work in a place where you really care about the mission (of global access to safe abortion and contraception). The work they do makes a big impact, and they have the data to back that up. - I've never had a bad experience with someone that worked there. Everyone was friendly and nice! - Interns are given significant responsibility. They really treat interns as an important part of the staff.
Cons
It's a large, global organization, so sometimes it can be hard to understand the organizational structure and what responsibility falls under which umbrella. Overall though, this is fairly minor and expected considering the size and scope of the organization.
