Pros
If you want to help companies attract amazing talent for important jobs, this is a great place to work! It’s a challenging position because the market is very candidate driven right now, but you’re well compensated for your efforts. Coworkers are awesome, lots of laughter and great camaraderie. If you’re self-directed and comfortable with working autonomously while keeping yourself on task, it’s a great job. You can work a 40 hour week or a 60 hour week, it’s really up to you and how much money you want to make. New management and ownership is working to address many of the issues from previous Glassdoor reviews, and it’s showing.
Cons
The parent company would be smart to add a 401k match program, and the health benefits are just okay. Keep working towards being more flexible on working conditions (I.e. flex-time and remote options) as traffic can be rough at times.
