I had a very disappointing experience with the management here. Salary payments were consistently delayed every month, and employees often had to plead with the higher-ups just to receive what was rightfully theirs. Even when tasks were completed correctly, the management rarely acknowledged it, insisting they were always right. There was frequent verbal abuse from the director, creating a toxic and disrespectful work environment. Contributions to EPF were also not made properly—no payments were made in 2023, and in 2024, only six months were covered. As a result, some employees' names ended up flagged legally due to the company’s negligence, which can seriously affect things like loan applications. Religious needs were also not respected. The prayer room (surau) was locked most of the time and only opened between 1–2 PM. Outside that time, only certain individuals were allowed access, which is unfair. Overall, the environment was extremely toxic, with a lack of basic respect even toward their own staff. One small mistake and you would be treated harshly, as if you had committed a major crime. I strongly do not recommend working here, especially for fresh graduates. Please read reviews and consider carefully before joining any company. Your future matters.
