Pros

Cons
I worked there for two months and they laid me off due to budgetary cutbacks. Just used me to get ahead and now they are hiring for the same position a couple months later now that it’s a new year and probably a new budget. Leadership doesn’t provide training or tools needed for job even when asked repetitively. Lack of training will be held against you, so you have to be a quick learner. Staff is overworked. They care more about spending money on unnecessary things like their sponsorship of the colts than investing money in to their technology and staffing. Not great interdepartmental communication. Also, there is no room for advancement unless you want to work 80 hours a week. Leadership doesn’t invest time with their team developing their skills. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
