Pros
This is a company in which you can shine which in turn opens doors to great possibilities. I started as a level 1 inspector and have worked my way to Site Supervisor; the opportunities are endless.
Cons
It may take some time to get promoted, it took a year to become team leader because of the competition, but from that point on I was able to stand out among the others and progress with the company much faster. Level 1 inspector to Site Supervisor in 3 years.
