9yAs with any new leadership, it was important to change the culture to help focus the organization on the bottom line and success. This cultural change which included focusing on a strategic product roadmap, simplification of organizational processes and commitments to customers has allowed the organization to continue its success. We are also proud that the average length of service for our employees is greater than 9 years – that says a lot for the work environment.
