The work environment tends to involve a high level of micromanagement here in Pune Office, Employees are generally expected to seek approval even for small matters, such as taking urgent personal calls or leaving a few minutes early. This can sometimes create unnecessary pressure and reduce flexibility in day-to-day work. Communication between leadership and employees could also be improved. Some employees may feel hesitant to raise concerns or provide feedback about certain management practices. A more open and supportive feedback culture would help build greater trust within the organization. Additionally, there are perceptions among employees regarding favoritism and internal hiring practices within the India office. Situations where relatives or close connections work within the same reporting structure can create concerns about transparency and fairness.

Pros

My current role gave me the opportunity to work across an unusually broad range of teams and functions, including Product, Finance, Legal, Engineering, RevOps, and executive leadership. I’ve really enjoyed being able to improve operational clarity at scale, building processes, governance structures, reporting workflows, and SOP frameworks that made complex environments more manageable and transparent

Cons

Like many large organizations, some workflows were held together by a mix of legacy processes, institutional knowledge, and determination. Priorities could shift quickly, and documentation/governance sometimes lagged behind operational reality. On the upside, it created a lot of opportunity for people who enjoy building structure, improving clarity, and solving operational problems
