There is no reason anyone should contemplate working at this Co.
Cons
No benefits, low pay, the entire Company calls into every prospect everyday. Its a horrible business model. There is not one good thing thing to say about this Co. Stay far away.

Pros
The team that works here is amazing. Great perks like attending networking events, and a great way to wear different hats.
Cons
Management needs a lot of work. Poor leadership and poor verbal communication. A lot is promised, and very little is delivered.

Pros
All employees there are extremely friendly. You have the potential to go to various venues to market partner products. Partners with pretty well known companies such as Dell and PernixData.
Cons
The intern work is mostly cold calling. Occasionally you might develop comprehensive sales lists on excel. Not much learning and extremely repetitive. There is also no compensation as an intern.

Thank you for your feedback! We will work to improve our current training regimen. We had offered basic technology training and most of our business process training took place during orientation, please us know what other training you'd like to see. We are very transparent about the non-paid internship, however interns have equal opportunity to earn our tech partner "spiffs." Our interns are open to get compensation based on any deals they register. We always provide opportunities for our interns to grow and learn. However, we do leave it up to the intern on how they want their experience to turn out. Whatever they put into the intern program, they will get as much out of it.
