The atmosphere is friendly and supportive. There is a lot of opportunity to expand your skills and gain experience in a variety of roles.

The schedule is not always set in stone. Employees need to be flexible with day to day schedules, while having the ability to plan months ahead to get vacations and the like. Because most appointments are independently done, it can be a bit isolating. The company gatherings help to offset, but the issue remains. People longing for routine likely wouldn't do well here.

A guy said to me that the roads were terrible around oxford, i said back that the left leaning government want you to cycle so havent done the roads in 40 years. The Weak Man Dan complained to the higher ups that i mentioned the government so i was hauled up to explain myself. Turns out Weak Man Dan also claimed i was throwing things around the room. The next day i was met by the shallow opps director at the door with a dismissal notice. This company is so political that they dont tollerate any bad works about the government, even if said in good faith. I guess they just didnt like me personally and didnt have the balls to just say it.
