      Great opportunity to earn as much as you want. I enjoy working with the people. First time I’ve ever experienced a winning culture.

      Cons

      Growing extremely fast and lack a little bit in structure. This can also be a plus because there is no one micro managing me as long as the #s are met. It requires self discipline and some extra hours.

      Mpact is a fast growing business. Management likes to hire within first so there are plenty of opportunities to grow and move up within company. Company does not micro manage.

      Its a high growth company so things are constantly changing. This can be good or bad based on how comfortable you are with change.

      You meet some very good people. Very diverse work atmosphere.

      EVERYTHING. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. THE PEOPLE WHO OWN THE BUSINESS ARE JUST TERRIBLE PEOPLE. Ask the employees there they’ll tell you haha.
