      Pros

      Company owner only can give the benefits what he is giving.

      Cons

      On every couple of month people are resigned & just walk away coz company's policy is very bad not colleagues are not friendly.currently company is running in very bad condition. Employees don't have chair to seat,don't have tissue paper also in wash room just kept paper when any client/ person is going to visit the ofc this is the worst situation of company.

      These people won't do appraisal for you because it's only for relatives .

      Cons

      It doesn't matter how much you work what are your skills they will be just thing you to be some slave . This month after the salary sheet that accidently got to every slave , now knows that boss's relatives are getting more money than us.

      The organisation is the best, my team members and managers are very supportive. I can see myself grow in terms of knowledge and career in this firm

      Cons

      Organisation needs for manpower to perform the task of acquired projects. I also suggest the management to be more transparent.
