      It gives learning bt that is the only plus among zillions of cons.

      Cons

      Poor and rude top management, lack of communication, no value of employees, very highly politically environment, beep-licking is all that is appreciated by managers, hardworking is not counted.

      Remote work setup is fine

      Cons

      Pay is very low for the expected workload. Management either doesn't know what they are doing or is purposely sinking the companies that they acquire, or maybe both. Makes drastic changes without even minimal communication or preparation for what comes next.
