Great mission driven organization with huge potential for growth. Important to me that they enable international students to attend school in the US and Canada which is life changing for many of the students. People are really nice, everyone is focused on growing the company. A lot of opportunity for people willing to jump in at a startup.

Can be very busy. They could have more socializing events.

Good opportunity to learn how the lending business works.

Management is not pro active.
