      Pros

      There is always work to do. Some good people are still working here as of 6/12/24.

      Cons

      More often than not you will have to work 10 hour days and Saturdays, if you can't you will lose your job. Complete dead end job with minimal pay for skilled labor.

      Pros

      it is a job, pay not the worse, you get raises and promotions even if an attendance issue if you are favored.

      Cons

      Toxic, late on almost everything, overwork top performers and then blame them for others mistakes
