New challenges every day. you learn a lot. Good hard working people in general.
Cons
Low pay and no opportunity for advancement. Good old boys culture with no respect for women. Everyone who leaves MPAY become enemy 1. All contributions are forgotten and they are bad mouthed and ridiculed from the top.

Thank you for the feedback, but you are simply wrong. We pay 100% of health and insurance premiums for employees AND dependents. We contribute to an HSA account, match 401(k) contributions and pay competitively. Pay and benefits are not low.
Half of our directors in the company and all of our managers in Huntersville and Peoria are female. All but one started on the front line and have worked up to management with the exception of one director who came highly qualified from the outside. We have a diverse and very motivated workforce that does cause issues for those with mediocre levels of commitment or skill levels.
We wish you well, and I really don't think anyone is talking about you. We are on to much better things.
"Unlimited" Time Off, Fair Benefits, Great co-workers.
Cons
Unlimited time off is "manager discretion" many employees accused of abusing the policy when other departments take double time off. Major favoritism if you're not in the "in crowd" you will not be listened too. Upper management changes the company direction bi-monthly. They will never be proactive about issues and notify clients timely. They would prefer to have yes-men/women as employees, and you tend to be scolded for having differing opinions or ask too many client related question. When you are trying to look out for your clients or have answers to questions you know are going to be asked of you. They will never give you clear answers as to why other departments are managed differently under the same supervisor. The company tends to exclude employee's from activities to boost moral. Other departments can forego processes when they become "short staffed" and go months without returning to processes.
