Pros

I don’t want to give my actual job title in case the company realise who I am, if they find out I’ve left a bad review I would be in trouble. Positives though there are none

Cons

The whole company is a con No pay rise in years Redundancies around the corner as work is sent off shore Blatant favouritism with CEO mates being promoted and even moving country in one case, Awful awful company

Pros

Can't really think of anything.

Cons

Ideas fall upon deaf ears Promise of upskilling multiple times but nothing ever comes of it. Have been offered jobs elsewhere twice before but both times when I announced I was going to leave I was promised roles in the company if I stayed - so out of loyalty I stayed but both times nothing ever came of it - so much for loyalty!! FTL's and auditors over worked and have to cover ridiculously large areas. Under appreciated. Late contractual finish compared to pretty much all over subbies in this industry and they have a stick up their backside if you get home early, even if you've got all your work done and theres nothing else to do. No sick pay. If your face doesn't fit then you're not going to be welcome. I've given my A game for the entire time I've worked at this company and recieved ZERO recognition or praise yet incompetent middle and higher management seem to get rewarded No flexible working

MPAAS Response

Hi there, First and foremost, thank you for the time you gave to MPAAS, and for sharing your honest experience. I’m genuinely sorry to hear how let down and unrecognised you felt — especially after giving your best to the business. That should never be the outcome for someone showing loyalty and delivering consistently. Your points about broken promises around upskilling and internal mobility are deeply disappointing to read. We clearly failed to follow through — and that’s not acceptable. I also take seriously your comments about feeling unheard and overlooked in comparison to others. Everyone at MPAAS should feel seen, valued, and supported — regardless of role or seniority. While some of what you’ve described may reflect operational growing pains, that’s not an excuse for how you were made to feel. We are actively reviewing how we support our engineers, listen to our field teams, and ensure commitments are honoured with transparency. If you're open to it, I’d really appreciate the chance to speak directly and learn more about your experience so we can make meaningful changes. Please feel free to email me personally at jordan.benbow@mpaas.co.uk — I genuinely want to hear from you. Wishing you every success in what’s next, Jordan Benbow CEO, MPAAS
