Pros

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. See all these other reviews saying they need an HR department ? I worked in HR and never ONCE spoke to my boss through the interview process or while working. Their INCOMPETENCE will make more sense when you read below

Cons

- zero onboard - zero communication - the president Mahendra made me his only US recruiter change my Linkedjn to lie to candidates ( I have proof) - lied to about equipment they provide - NEVER spoke to my boss in the interview or when I worked. Literally not once till it was done - lied to about programs they provide - lied to about the teams location - when there was an issue with my ID briefly Mahendra yelled at me that I was US born and I shouldn’t have issues like they do - forced to message candidates from another recruiters profile (proof of that to) **THEN WHEN IT WAS OVER THEY REFUSED TO PAY ME MY HOURS** there is a lawsuit pending regarding it and luckily their incompetence left me with a lot of proof

Pros

Depending on your manager, it can be a fairly simple job where you do what you're told and you're good to go. WFH two days a week with flexibility for doctor's appointments.

Cons

Unorganized structure for CADD users, rapidly expanding so managers are having to take cuts on benefits, if you are good at your job you will be picking up other people's slack. Benefits are only good if you live in New Jersey, otherwise you are SOL on easily finding a provider. Complaints and premiums have been raised but not fixed
